Fire Extinguishing System

• Background 
  • Our team was founded with the goal of conceptualizing a fire extinguisher design that is capable of replacing current costly sprinkler systems. We aim to manufacture quality products that are portable, easy to install, and have fast response time. With the mentorship from our sponsor, Dr. Amir Sajjadi, the Fire Fight Club works tirelessly to improve the safety of residential and office buildings with our technology. 
• Goal and Objectives
  • Develop a easily-integrated fire extinguisher with a turret design.
  • The design should have a fast response time (less than 10 seconds from detection to deployment).
  • The design should be suitable for use in residential/office buildings.
  • The primary extinguishing fluid should be nontoxic and should not cause catastrophic damage.
  • The design should be able to be re-armed easily after each use.
  • Develop an app that can easily control and set preferences for the extinguishing system.
