Armband

Most heart diseases are preventable but the challenge is the inconvenience and high cost of dedicated medical devices that most people do not have easy and frequent access to.

Armband aims to provide a solution to such a problem by designing a smart wearable device that measures ECG and PPG signal data. The measured data can be used to estimate the blood pressure for the user in real-time and the results will be displayed on the smartphone app graphically. 

The goal of the project is to design and implement a smart wearable device that can measure ECG, Respiration and other health data for the user. The results can be displayed in real time graph on the phone apps for Android.
