EDI Precision Alcohol Sprayer for Aerospace Cleaning

The objective is to make a flexible IPA sprayer to coat the inside of small diameter parts with isopropyl alcohol. The project is split into 2 quarters, where the first stage incorporates the completion of the digital portfolio, which includes: requirements document, down-selection table, final proposal and design, SolidWorks files, Bill of Materials (BOM), Purchase Orders (PO), FEA/CFD simulation results, motion study video, a poster, and midterm/final presentations (PDF and PowerPoint). The second phase of the project is to manufacture a prototype, and then create a fully functional device. The plan will be adjusted according to the liaison feedback. The second and iteration of the design will be manufactured once the prototype has been tested and re-design takes place.
